Kumamoto city has many beautiful flowers and trees. So I picked up some places to see some flowers and trees.

first, I'll introduce some spots to see Cherry tree. Cherry tree is Japanese tree. Kumamoto has many good places to see cherry tree.
Ohagi garden is one of the cherry tree spot. There are 63 kinds cherry trees and about 300 trees.
Kengun Jieitai street is also the cherry tree spot. There are 380 trees. All of the trees are Someiyoshino. cherry trees extend to the street so long. So very beautiful.
Nagabei street is very popular spot to see cherry tree. Nagabei street are near the Kumamoto castle. So we can enjoy both of sight.

Tatsudayama is crowded with family at weekend. There are some azalea. It is beautiful.
Chibajyoumachi is known the spot to see azalea.
Musashizuka park is silent and restful place. So I think you can refresh.

Ginkgo is the tree of Kumamoto city.
Kumamoto castle is sometimes called ginkgo nut castle. Because there are many gnkgos. We can see Ginkgo not only Kumamoto castle, but also other places.
